Responsibilities:
- HR Assistant - Training & Development
- Provides total training support.
- Assist in the coordination, implementation and evaluation of the company's training initiatives;
- Handles coordination of training materials & other logistics concerns; Performs administrative tasks and documentation
- HR Assistant - Compensation & Benefits
- - Timekeeping/encoding of employees' attendance; Computation & Monitoring of leave credits; Preparation of Payroll Reports
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 6 months experience for HR Assistant-Training; Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficient with MS Office
- Highly organized & has pleasing personality
- Must be willing to work in Manila Area.
