limited to:
- Encoding data, preparing documents and
updating records using MS Office and other pertinent software.
- Managing and procuring office supplies.
- Answering and making phone calls.
- Filing and managing documents to ensure
organization.
- Carrying out basic accounting tasks.
- Performing other administrative as needed.
- - Timekeeping/encoding
Requirements:
- Candidate must
possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate,
Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
- At least 1
year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
- Excellent
written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient with
MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint and exposure to Report writers (Crystal etc).
- Male/Female, 22
- 35 years old.
- Applicants must
be willing to work in Mandaue
