Responsibilities: 
Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
  • Encoding data, preparing documents and updating records using MS Office and other pertinent software.
  • Managing and procuring office supplies.
  • Answering and making phone calls.
  • Filing and managing documents to ensure organization.
  • Carrying out basic accounting tasks.
  • Performing other administrative as needed.
  • - Timekeeping/encoding
  •  
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficient with MS Office/Excel/PowerPoint and exposure to Report writers (Crystal etc).
  • Male/Female, 22 - 35 years old.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaue City Cebu
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized & has pleasing personality
